Database of publications / Judicial Reform Index for Kyrgyzstan

The report was prepared by American Bar Association’s Central European and Eurasian Law Initiative (ABA/CEELI) in June 2003. The report aims to identify specific conditions, legal provisions, and mechanisms that are present in a country’s judicial system and assess how well these correlate to specific reform criteria at the time of the assessment.
