Database of publications / National Millennium Development Goals: A framework for action

The Report is addressed to all stakeholders implementing and monitoring the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States, particularly governments (leaders and policy makers), civil society, and the international community. The report is also directed at the publics and media in the region, seeking to focus the development debate on sub-regional and country priorities, as well as attract the attention of general readers involved in the MDG agenda from outside the region. Prepared by UNDP Regional Bureau for Europe and the CIS (RBEC) in 2006.
