This Law establishes the legal basis of regulation of activity in the field of creation, functioning and development of electrical communication in the Republic of Tajikistan, defines the authorities of organs of government and regulation of this area, as well rights and responsibilities of individual and juridical persons, participating in the mentioned activity or using electrical communication services.
