Database of publications / Cooperation Strategy to Promote the Rational and Efficient Use of Water and Energy Resources in Central Asia

This Strategy has been formulated within the framework of the United Nations Special Programme for the Economies of Central Asia (SPECA) by joint efforts of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) and the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) with the purpose to encourage regional cooperation between Central Asian countries in promoting the rational and efficient use of water and energy resources in the region.
