Database of publications / Tashkent declaration for the UN Special Progamme for the Economies of Central Asia (SPECA)

The declaration was signed by the leaders from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan on the one side, and the UN Economic Commission for Europe (ECE) and the UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific on the other in Tashkent and expresses their intention to adopt the UN Special Programme for the Economies of Central Asia (SPECA) and to begin its implementation.
