This document represents the Joint Statement, adopted following the results of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Conference on the prospects for the development of trans-Asian and Eurasian transit transportation through Central Asia till the year 2015 took place in Dushanbe from October 23 to October 24, 2007. The Dushanbe statement covers key issues related to fundamental transit transport policies; transport infrastructure development and maintenance; trade, transit and transport facilitation; public private partnership; and the role the OSCE can play in co-operation with partner organizations.
