Regional Environmental Action Plan for Central Asia (REAP) content: REAP report has the main document with two attachments. The main body includes: background on CA, existing institutional structures, regional priority issues, and identification of 5 priority issues. The first attachment contains the expert analysis of the five issues. The second attachment includes project proposal to address the priority issues. Prepared by Ministers on Envinronment of Central Asia and REAP Steering Committee. 2001
