Alumni Local Initiative Grants Program (LIGP) The Alumni Local Initiative Grants Program (LIGP) provides ECA program alumni with grants in amounts up to $5,000 to initiate social, economic, and political development projects of their own design in twelve countries of Eurasia, including Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.

2006 FLEX Alumni Grant Program The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) of the United States Department of State is pleased to announce the 2006 Alumni Grants Program, established to assist former participants of the Future Leaders Exchange Program (1994-2005) who are citizens of: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan to contribute to the social, economic, and political development of their countries.
