Russia will build a residential complex "Dushanbe-City" in Tajik capital. The investor for this project is Russian Construction Company that has already applied to the Dushanbe mayor's office asking to allocate an area of 18 hectares for this complex. The estimated budget for the construction of the residential "Dushanbe-City" complex is Euro 1.354 billion. The complex designed for 25,000 residents will include from one- to five-room apartments, as well as school, hospital, kindergarten, playground and shops.
