Euroset to open over 30 shops in Uzbekistan in 2006

Euroset Trade House LLC, Russian mobile handset retailer, is planning to open over 30 shops in Uzbekistan in 2006. Euroset LLC was founded in Uzbekistan as subsidiary of Russian company. Two shops would be opened in Tashkent in mid February and in the beginning of March. He said that the company is planning to open over 30 shops in all regions of Uzbekistan. Market of Uzbekistan is attractive for Euroset and the number of mobile users is increasing dynamically – in average 100% annually. The number of mobile users doubled in Uzbekistan in 2005 and made up 1.15 million. Euroset is one of the largest mobile handset retailers and has over 3,100 shops in Russia and other CIS states. Euroset trades mobile phones, digital cameras and other equipment.
