March 9, 2006—March 10, 2006. Fifth international congress of teachers of Persian language and literature to open in Tajik capital

The Fifth two-day International Congress of Teachers of the Persian Language and Literate will open in Dushanbe on March 9. International conference on the Persian language and literature will be held on sidelines of the congress. Some 40 teachers and researchers of the Persian language and literature from Afghanistan, China, India, Iran, Lebanon, Pakistan, Tajikistan, the United States and Uzbekistan will gather in Dushanbe to attend the conference. They will read papers at the conference on linguistics and the Persian literature. The International Congress of Teachers and Researchers of Persian Language and Literature under Iran’s Council for Dissemination of Persian Language stage the conference in cooperation with the Government of Tajikistan.
