May 12, 2006. Official opening ceremony of UzKDB held in Tashkent

Korean Development Bank (KDB) opened its branch in Tashkent. The documents, which were signed during the visit of the President of Uzbekistan to Korea in March 2006, included an agreement providing creation of Uzbek-Korean Development Bank on the basis of UzDEU Bank, which exists in the financial market of our country for nine years. The primary goals of the bank are assistance in deepening of economic relations between two countries, providing universal bank services, growth of the bank as one of the most developed banks of Uzbekistan, granting of consultations and financial support to the companies for development of national resources.
