Foreign specialists and experts was tell about Japanese IT industry, is efficient use and formation of the system engineer s’ career and methods used to improve their qualification. Last year the JCA mission visited Uzbekistan to formulate projects in the sphere of IC technologies. At that time Japanese experts visited many state organizations, agencies and educational institutions involved in IT development, introduction and training. In the result of the research conducted by them it was decided to focus on training of system engineers.
