June 30, 2006. Uzbek companies received ISO 9001:2000 certificates

Four Uzbek companies received ISO 9001:2000 certificates during the Second International Conference on Management Systems entitled "The role of quality in fulfilling Uzbekistan's national interests". Quality management systems (QMS) have been successfully integrated at Hobas-TAPO closed joint-stock joint venture, Oltin Chigit joint venture, Sarbonteks joint venture, and Ferghana Oil Processing Plant. The certificate of quality is a serious argument in favour of the producer's reputation, and the company's aiming at transparency and standardization of technological chains, provision of quality guarantees illustrate the stability of the company's operation in the market.
