September 23, 2003—September 24, 2003. The Central Asian and European conference on solar energy

The main difference of the conference from previous ones is that the scholars and people engaged in industry of the EU and Central Asian countries was considered not the scientific achievements in the sphere of renewable energy sources, but concrete opportunities in putting them into practice.During the conference the participants had to developed the Conception on realization and industry familiarization with the technologies of the renewable sources of energy in Central Asia.
