September 5, 2006. Turkmen geologists to get new Swiss and Iranian equipment

Turkmen President Saparmurat Niyazov has signed a decree, according to which "Turkmengeologiya" State Corporation was authorized to sign a contract with the Swiss MRKS AG joint stock company for the delivery of "Delta Geon-02" seismic signals registration complex to study seismic activity zones in Turkmenistan. The contract's value is US$ 94,000.
