The 5th ministerial conference of the Central Asian Regional Economic Cooperation Program (CAREC) to take place in Urumqi (XUAR, China). Ministers of Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan will take part in the conference. They will discuss joint efforts for strengthening of regional cooperation in Central Asia. In the course of the conference the ministers will consider the comprehensive plan of actions, developed for further strategic management with CAREC program and will debate the ways of a new impulse attachment to regional cooperation by means of program’s widening and deepening.
