January 24, 2007. Kyrgyzstan, USA discussed issues of implementing big investment projects

Acting First Deputy Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Daniyar Usenov had a working meeting with director of the department for affairs of Central Asia of the US State Department Pamela Spratlen. Ambassador of the United States to Kyrgyzstan Marie Yovanovitch also participated in the meeting. Issues of setting up the development fund of Kyrgyzstan and capabilities of implementing largest investment projects such as laying high-voltage lines from Kyrgyzstan to Afghanistan and Pakistan were discussed.
