April 4, 2007. Issues of Kyrgyzstan’s presidency over CSTO were discussed in Bishkek

Kyrgyz Foreign Minister Ednan Karabaev met with a delegation of the Secretariat of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) led by its deputy secretary general Toktosun Buzubaev. The parties discussed issues regarding upcoming presidency of Kyrgyzstan over CSTO, current activities of the Organization as well as perspectives of expanding Kyrgyzstan’s cooperation within the framework of CSTO and further development of close and multilateral relations in foreign political, military and military-technical fields.
