Prospects of development of Uzbek-Egyptian relations were discussed in Cairo

President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov paid an official visit to Cairo, Egypt. During the visit, Uzbek President met with his Egyptian counterpart Hosni Mubarak. During the meeting the sides discussed state and prospects of relations, international issues and Uzbek-Egyptian cooperation in the framework of international organizations. At the extended negotiations of the official delegations of Uzbekistan and Egypt, issues of expansion of economic and humanitarian cooperation were considered.
