A Direct Investments’ Fund Ñentras Private Equite Fund has been launched in Kazakhstan for the first time. One of its main investors is the Eurasian Bank for Reconstruction and Development. The main means of the Fund will be aimed at the development of small and medium business. The investments in the spheres of non-bank financial services, production of food, retailing business, alternative telecommunication facilities and other directions will be the targeted sectors of the Fund. Its estimated capital will hit USD 75 mln.
