An ecological forum dedicated to drawing up a concept of the national strategy of sustainable development of Turkmenistan was held in Ashgabat. The conference was organized by the Ministry of nature protection of Turkmenistan in association with the UN Environmental Programme (UNEP). At the forum leading experts in the sphere of ecology and economics as well as representatives of big international organizations discussed issues of further cooperation in the field of ecological security.
