The first international conference on public service “Modernization of personnel management – factor of increasing of efficiency of government service” was held in Kyrgyzstan. Heads of structures and departments on government service from the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lithuania as well as representatives of international organizations took part in the conference. During the meeting, there took place an exchange of opinions on organization of public service and the most vital problems of public sector reforming were discussed in the course of the conference.
