October 9, 2007. Turkmenistan hosted seminar under UN aegis

A seminar formally entitled “International and national human rights systems” took place in Ashgabat. The event was organized by the Turkmen National institute of democracy and human rights under the president of Turkmenistan and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). The deputies of Majilis, representatives of non-government organizations, international experts, representatives from state bodies, working in the sphere of realization of constitutional rights and freedoms attended the seminar.
