January 16, 2008. PEC constructs power grid for supplying Tajik electricity to Afghan Shugnan

Pamir Energy Company (PEC) has completed construction of a 10-kV power grid and started constructing a 0.4-kV power-transmission line for supplying electricity generated by the Pamir-1 hydropower plant to the Shugnan vulusvoli (Afghan smallest administrative division) in Afghanistan’s Badakhshan.
