Kazakhstan intends to develop cooperation with Afghanistan: Security Council

Kazakhstan intends to develop cooperation with Afghanistan in the different spheres. An issue of participation of Kazakhstan in the after-war process in the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan was also considered at the Security Council’s session, chaired by President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev. During the discussions, it was noted that the effectiveness of measures taken by the international community will influence on the overall situation in Afghanistan and in the Central Asian region in whole.
