The 4th World Forum of the heads of the government of the Central, Eastern Europe and the CIS countries is being held in Berlin since January 22. It is organized by “Microsoft” corporation. Angela Merkel, the German Chancellor, and Bill Gates, the president of “Microsoft” corporation, representatives of the European governments and parliaments, business structures, public organizations are taking part in it. The forum is a unique dialog platform for the intellectual elite of the European Union on challenges and possibilities, facing the governments of these states within the framework of realization of the information society development policy.
