The president of the United Arab Emirates, Shaykh Khalifah Bin-Zayid Al Nuhayyan, started his official visit to Turkmenistan. It should be recalled that Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov's visit to the United Arab Emirates in late August 2007 has laid a solid foundation for bilateral partnership.
