Kazakhstan and Ukraine are ready to expand cooperation in energy sphere - the joint statement of Presidents of two countries signed during the visit of the President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko to Kazakhstan states. Kazakhstan and Ukraine note readiness for expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation in energy sphere and express adherence to cooperation directed at maintenance of global energy safety, including development of energy transport corridors," the document states.
