The gas companies of Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan will sell natural gas at European prices beginning 2009. This was stated by the chairman of Turkmengas state corporation Yagshigeldy Kakayev, president of KazMunaiGaz national company Uzakbay Karabalin and board chairman of Uzbekneftegaz national holding company Nurmmukhamad Akhmedov at a meeting with Gazprom board chairman Aleksey Miller in Moscow on March 11.
