During a working trip to the Balkan Velayat President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov took part in the celebrations on occasion of putting the primary oil refining units into operation at the Turkmenbashi oil refineries and opening the newly-constructed administrative building of the country’s leading petrochemical enterprise.
