The European Union offers Kyrgyzstan 44mln U.S. dollars to implement EU Strategy for Central Asia, EU representative in Ashgabat (Turkmenistan) said at the meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs Ednan Karbaev yesterday, April 9. The parties discussed implementation stages of the strategy, in particular in domains of human rights, democratization, education, economy development, trade, investment, transport, water resources management, ecology and cross-boundary issues, the press service of the Foreign Affairs Ministry reported.
