The President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev held a meeting with President of Brazil Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva within the framework of the visit to the Federative Republic of Brazil. On the results of the talks, the sides signed a number of documents.

President of Kazakhstan to visit Brazil

President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev will pay an official visit to Federative Republic of Brazil on September 26 - 30. The president's state visit to Brasilia will be the first visit of the president to Latin America region dedicated to promotion of external policy and external economic interests of Kazakhstan in "new continent". During the visit the main attention to be devoted to discussion of prospects of cooperation in political interaction including discussion of issues of activation of relations with Latin America, Central Asia integration processes, Kazakhstan’s contribution to inter-religious dialogue development.
