Professional with strong academic background holding Master of Arts in Economics of Yale University (USA). He has worked as a civil cervant up to the position of a senior specialist on the issues of ICT development at the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan being in charge for the preparation of several legislative acts and draft resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers in the ICT sphere. Presently works as a Programme Team Coordinator of "Digital Development Initiative", a joint programme of UNDP and the Government of Uzbekistan.
