Karina Abayburova	February 9, 2004 14:42 I think that there are many problems in our public administration and noone wants to solve them in a right manner.The administration of our country does not give an opportunity for the population to help and give some advices for better living. Also administration does not solve the problems with humans right, and as every person knows, in our respublic they are break down. And as Ithink? the adminisrtation shold add some women, who are better knows life and options.And the best way is to change all our governmental administration.
