Civil Society Coalition (CSC) was established on 17 March 2007 in Baku, Azerbaijan with the participation of 38 organizations, including the NGOs from the regions of the country. Now the number of members exceeded 50 NGOs and 30 more are pending for membership.

Mission is to ensure the participation of citizens in civil society construction and decision-making process.
Mr. Razi Nurullayev is an executive secretary of the Coalition.
