Business Environment
Job creation and economic growth acceleration from the macroeconomic point of view, and living standards improvement and confidence in the future from the point of view of business could be achieved through creating favorable business environment.
The economies of Central Asia require predictability, which will promote both internal and foreign investments, that is an important for introducing new technologies and managerial experience, and reaching access to the world markets.
Business environment depends on a number of factors determined by effectiveness of macroeconomic, trade and investment policy that promote improvement of market infrastructure and services; adequacy of legislative basis, which should promote effective functioning of the enterprises and protect property rights; access to credit resources and efficiency of taxation, customs regulation and judicial system. Business climate also depends on the rules regulating creation of the new enterprises.
At the same time, one of the main barriers hampering the progress of private sector in Central Asia, as to prevailing view of businessmen, is lack of access to information. And it relates as to information on starting business, passing necessary registration procedures and licensing, so to information on availability of financial resources and opportunity to reach external and internal markets.
