MSME Development Group
The sub-regional workshop on MSME Development held on 16 - 18 November, 2004 in Kyrgyzstan brought together 22 practitioners from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan representing UNDP Country Offices, Bratislava Regional Centre, UNIDO and other development stakeholders in order to indentify the ways for increasing effectiveness of the UNDP activities in supporting development of micro, small and medium enterprises in Central Asia and for enhancing capacities of the countries in support of MSME development. The participants of the event formed MSME Development Group in Central Asia.
