Civil Society is a form of self-organizing voluntary society that operates in compliance with law; civil society institutions commit to observe counterbalance between the rights and civil liability. At present time the legal base regulating activities of civil society institutions in the countries of Central Asia is in the process of improvement.
This subsection provides access to legal documents on the issues of establishment and operation of the civil society institutions and useful links to other web-sites providing information on development of legislation in the countries of Central Asia.
